Founder & Coffee Curator
Kacper discovered his passion for specialty coffee during backpacking through Ethiopia and Colombia. With over a decade of brewing experience and a background in mechanical engineering, he combines technical precision with genuine love for the craft. When he's not testing new equipment, you'll find him hosting tasting events for the Warsaw coffee community.
Magdalena Strzeska
Community Manager & Content Lead
Magdalena brings storytelling to coffee. A former barista and home brewer turned content creator, she's passionate about making coffee knowledge accessible to everyone. She manages our community engagement, writes brewing guides, and ensures every customer feels heard. Her infectious enthusiasm for bean-to-cup education has become the heart of Roastlovers.

Where It Began
Roastlovers Gear wasn't born from a business plan—it grew from frustration. Kacper spent months hunting for a reliable automatic brewer that combined modern convenience with quality craftsmanship. He tested dozens of machines, read countless reviews, and kept finding the same problem: good equipment was scattered across unreliable retailers, and nobody really understood what made one machine better than another.
So he decided to fix it. What started as a personal project—testing equipment in a small Poznań apartment—evolved into something bigger when friends and colleagues began asking for his recommendations. The response was overwhelming.

When Magdalena and Tomasz joined, everything accelerated. Magdalena brought the ability to translate technical knowledge into conversations that actual humans wanted to have. Tomasz brought uncompromising standards for quality testing. Together with Agnieszka, who built genuine relationships across Poland's coffee community, the vision became clear: create a hub where coffee lovers could find honest advice, reliable equipment, and a real community.
